Blind Assessment
Sweetly rich, deep. Dusk-blooming flowers, buttery dark chocolate, fresh pipe tobacco, banana-like fruit in aroma and cup. Roundly tart acidity; lightly syrupy, lively mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates but rings on in a sweetly balanced finish.
