Blind Assessment
Sweetly tart, briskly complex. Honey, lilac, vanilla-toned chocolate, ripe strawberry in aroma and cup. Richly tart acidity; very lightly syrupy mouthfeel. The acidy brightness softens in a long, resonant, floral-toned finish.
Notes
