Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Deep, chocolate-toned, with a savory edge. Dark chocolate, fresh-cut cedar, plum, hints of tarragon and black pepper in aroma and small cup. Plush, lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Some flavor carries into a crisply dry finish. The chocolate comes forward and sweetens in three parts milk, complicated by continued savory, herby hints.
