Blind Assessment
Deep, sweet-toned aroma, rich with distinct dark chocolate and hints of orange and cedar. In the cup smooth, well-integrated acidity, medium body, supple mouthfeel, and a sweet, restrained fruit ferment note that reads as dark chocolate, cedar, ripe orange. Clean, deep, long finish.
Notes
This coffee is Rainforest Alliance certified, meaning it was produced following sustainable ecological and socio-economic criteria developed by the Sustainable Agricultural Network, a coalition of independent, environment-focused non-governmental organizations. A dry-processed or "natural" coffee, meaning the beans are dried inside the fruit rather than after the fruit is removed, as is the case with wet-processed or "washed" coffees.
