Blind Assessment
Complex aromatics with notes of flowers, sweet citrus, butterscotch, herbs and fir. Bright, floral toned acidity, medium body, and a silky smooth mouthfeel. Honey-like sweetness in the cup with tart berry, lemon and a hint of flowers. Long, clean sweetly-tart finish.
