Evaluated as espresso. Deep-toned, crisply chocolaty. Cocoa powder, nutmeg, golden raisin, fresh-cut fir, orange zest in aroma and small cup. Crisp, velvety mouthfeel; chocolaty, spice-toned finish. In cappuccino format, richly chocolaty with undertones of nutmeg, fir and orange zest.
