Blind Assessment
Soft and round-toned but with good intensity. Flavor and aroma fuse notes of chocolate and nut with a soft, sweet-toned fruit. Balanced acidity and silky mouthfeel. Flavors simplify and fade a bit in the finish, although the chocolate character persists pleasantly.
