Blind Assessment
Rich-toned, sweetly savory. Dried apricot, baking chocolate, lily, cedar, toasted barley in aroma and cup. Sweet-savory structure with bright, balanced acidity; full, satiny mouthfeel. A quiet finish consolidates to notes of baking chocolate and lily with undertones of cedar.
