Blind Assessment
Gentle, balanced, quietly complex. Honey, dark chocolate, pungent fir, orange zest in aroma and cup. Delicate, lively acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Sweet, lightly flavor-saturated finish.
Notes
Produced entirely from trees of the Caturra variety, a compact-growing selection of Bourbon, and processed at Buenavista, an organic-certified central processing station in Caranavi Province, west-central Bolivia. The West Bean is a San Diego-based roastery founded by two friends with a passion for coffee and a determination to bring their customers the highest quality hand-crafted coffee possible. The West Bean microroasts only eleven pounds of coffee per batch. Visit www.thewestbean.com or call 619-709-3232 for more information.
