Blind Assessment
Sweet, brisk, zesty. Honey, citrus zest, roasted cocoa nib, honeysuckle in aroma and cup. Crisp, roundly tart acidity; smooth, lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Clean, delicately chocolate-toned finish.
