Blind Assessment
Subdued fruity aroma, with mild roasty notes, milk chocolate and toast. In the cup balanced acidity, soft mouthfeel, and round fruit flavors, hinting at black cherry that fade and sweeten toward chocolate. A slight tart astringency distracts from the otherwise pleasingly bittersweet finish.
