Blind Assessment
A ready-to-drink black coffee, tested cold. Gently Bourbon-toned, crisply sweet-tart. Goji berry, Bourbon barrel, freesia-like flowers, Meyer lemon zest, almond brittle. Sweet-savory structure with vibrant, juicy acidity; crisp, velvety mouthfeel. Resonant, long, flavor-saturated finish.
Notes
Prepared by the cold-brew method, which involves prolonged steeping of ground coffee in cold or room-temperature water and subsequent filtering. Contains no additives or ingredients other than coffee and water. The green coffee used is a Kenya Rungeto KII AA aged in Bourbon whiskey barrels. Regent Coffee was established in 2017 in Glendale, California. With more than 10 years of roasting experience, Regent strives to deliver coffee with care and purpose. Bottom Line
A bright, berry- and floral-driven Kenya cold brew, gently evocative of the Bourbon barrel in which the green coffee was aged.
