Blind Assessment
Complex aroma: toast, nut, cinnamon, caramel, cocoa and aromatic wood. Smooth acidity, creamy body, very nutty flavor with notes of fresh-cut wood and chocolate. Long, dry finish with a very mild woody tightness in the long.
