Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Juicy, richly sweet-tart. Pomegranate, dark chocolate, amber, almond butter, pomelo in aroma and small cup. Very syrupy mouthfeel; long, lingering, flavor-saturated finish. The tart-leaning structure stands up in cappuccino-scaled milk without sacrificing rich dark chocolate notes.
