Blind Assessment
Delicately pungent, sweetly tart. Rose hips, dried raspberry, cocoa nib, finger lime, marjoram in aroma and cup. Gently bright, balanced acidity; vibrant, sparkling acidity. Crisply tart, berry-toned finish supported by notes of cocoa nib and marjoram.

Produced by Jamir Munoz of Finca Buena Vista, entirely of the Pink Bourbon variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
