Blind Assessment
Delicately complex. Sweet cream and milk chocolate with balancing hints of grapefruity citrus and peppercorn. Round, rather muted acidity; lightly but distinctly syrupy mouthfeel. Sweet-toned, resonant, quietly flavor-saturated finish.
