Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Deep-toned, richly sweet-savory. Dark chocolate, dried raspberry, salted caramel, gently scorched oak, hint of sage in aroma and small cup. Plush, syrupy mouthfeel; crisply sweet-tart finish. In three parts milk, chocolate and raspberry notes harmonize with a salted caramel throughline.

Bottom Line
Rich, sweet, savory, and deep, this four-origin espresso blend is richly chocolaty, nuanced, and complicated by a pleasing undercurrent of roast-roundedness.
