Blind Assessment
Rich-toned, complex, bittersweet. Dark chocolate, sweet tobacco, dried fig, nutmeg, molasses in aroma and cup. Gentle, round acidity; very full, syrupy mouthfeel. Brisk finish carried by dark chocolate and tobacco notes.

Bottom Line
A deftly darker-roasted blend designed to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Chef Thomas Keller’s The French Laundry — deeply chocolaty, gently spice-toned, sweetly earthy.
