Blind Assessment
Delicate, richly sweet. Gardenia, tangerine peel, cocoa powder, oak, allspice in aroma and cup. Gently tart acidity; satiny mouthfeel. The lightly resonant finish consolidates around tangerine peel in the short and cocoa powder in the long.
