Blind Assessment
Rich, deep, yet delicate. Tangerine, rose-like flowers, fresh-cut cedar, roasted cacao nib in aroma and cup. Lively, levitating acidity; light but silky mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates in a sweetly crisp finish.
