Blind Assessment
High-toned, tangy. Cocoa powder, peach kefir, jasmine, lychee, almond. Tartly sweet, roundly savory; full, plush mouthfeel. Rich-toned finish centered around notes of cocoa powder and peach kefir.

Part of the Winemaker Green Coffee Series jointly developed by Bean Super and local wineries in Taiwan, this Colombia Castillo is anaerobically fermented with the addition of Taiwanese fruits, including grape pulp, to the fermentation.
