Blind Assessment
Crisply chocolaty, richly nut-toned. Baking chocolate, almond butter, plum, cedar, maple syrup in aroma and cup. Sweet structure with juicy acidity; velvety mouthfeel. The flavorful finish leads with notes of baking chocolate and almond with hints of plum.
