Produced by Marta Bayter and her sons, Shady and Elias, of Vergel Estate, from trees of the Caturra variety of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Bottom Line

A tart-leaning washed Colombia Caturra that gets ballast from rich chocolate notes throughout the profile, and sweet-spicy citrus zest notes complicate and invite.
