Blind Assessment
Rich-toned, deep and complex. Dried pineapple, lychee, dark chocolate, amber, magnolia in aroma and cup. Balanced, very sweet acidity; viscous, satiny mouthfeel. Resonant, fruit-toned, chocolaty, very long finish.
Notes
Produced by Camilo Merizalde of Finca Santuario, entirely of the Red Bourbon variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Cozy House Coffee is a Taiwan-based specialty coffee roaster and an SCA Authorized Trainer (AST). For more information, visit the shop.cozyhousecoffee.com.
Bottom Line
A high-toned, harmonious, integrated Colombia Red Bourbon natural that’s a chocolaty, fruity extravaganza.
