Blind Assessment
Finely poised and balanced. Ripe lemon, cocoa, peach, night flowers in aroma and cup. Rich, sweetly pungent acidity; plush, deep mouthfeel. Lemon notes in particular linger in the sweet-toned trajectory of a very long finish.
