Blind Assessment
Deeply sweet, richly savory. Dark chocolate, apricot, lilac, almond, cedar in aroma and cup. Brightly sweet structure with juicy acidity; full, satiny-smooth mouthfeel. The sweet finish consolidates to notes of dark chocolate and almond butter.
