Blind Assessment
Vibrant, high-toned, sweetly tart. Red plum, almond, lavender, pink grapefruit zest, olive leaf in aroma and cup. Sparkling acidity; crisp, lightly satiny mouthfeel. Citrusy, spice-toned finish.

Produced by smallholding farmers, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and proceed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit).
