Blind Assessment
Quietly balanced, sweet-toned. Green apple, pistachio, cocoa powder, fir, brown sugar in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; crisp, velvety-smooth mouthfeel. The gently drying finish consolidates to notes of cocoa-toned fir and pistachio.
