Blind Assessment
Balanced, richly sweet. Black cherry, maple syrup, dark chocolate, Meyer lemon zest, cedar in aroma and cup. Sweet structure with lively acidity; viscous, syrupy mouthfeel. Chocolaty finish, supported by notes of maple syrup and black cherry.
Notes
Produced by Segundo Lasso of Finca La Esperanza, entirely of the Pink Bourbon variety of Arabica, and processed by the honey method (dried with some of the fruit flesh or mucilage still on the bean). Kafe Coffee Roastery is a specialty roaster based in Zhubei, Taiwan. Visit shopee.tw/zengkaochen for more information.
Bottom Line
A deep, rich-toned Colombia Pink Bourbon, chocolaty and balanced.
