Blind Assessment
Sweet, delicate, floral-toned aroma with hints of lemon and a buttery chocolate. Reveals weight and power in the cup, with a rich acidity with continued floral, lemon and butter notes. Clean, rich finish.

This coffee reflects an ongoing partnership between Reunion Island Coffee and the Las Hermosas Cooperative of small farms in southern Tolima Department of Colombia. In the last two years of the project partnership Reunion Island Coffee has donated funds to build drying beds and a cupping laboratory for the cooperative.
