Blind Assessment
Elegantly sweet, spice-toned. Bergamot, pear butter, cashew, cocoa nib, wisteria in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart with vibrant acidity; very satiny mouthfeel. Cocoa-toned finish has undertones of bergamot and wisteria.
Notes
Produced by Keny Adarme of Finca La Chorrera, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). CoffeeBox Coffee founders Godfrey and Coco focus on small-batch coffee roasting with the goal of making the joy of premium coffee accessible to everyone. Visit shop.coffeebox.tw for more information.
Bottom Line
A deep, spice-toned, richly aromatic washed Colombia, vibrant and balanced.
