Blind Assessment
Sweetly tart, floral-driven. Honeysuckle, vanilla bean, cocoa nib, peach, fresh-cut oak in aroma and cup. Crisply sweet structure with gently bright, ripe acidity; very full, viscous mouthfeel. The finish consolidates to notes of peach, vanilla bean and oak.
