Blind Assessment
Sweetly savory, fruit-driven. Candy apple, lime zest, baking chocolate, cedar, narcissus in aroma and cup. Bittersweet structure with brisk acidity; crisp, satiny mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of chocolate and citrus.
