Blind Assessment
Pungent and savory-sweet. Roasted cacoa nib and nut, lily, complex fruit (apricot, plum, blood orange), a hint of sweet licorice bark in aroma and cup. Rich, juicy acidity; lightly plush mouthfeel. Floral and cacao notes in particular carrying into a crisp finish.
