Blind Assessment
Delicate, soft, silky. Honey, night-blooming flowers, cocoa butter, vanilla in aroma and cup. Gentle but lively, floral-toned acidity; buoyant, silky mouthfeel. Vanilla in particular carries into a quietly flavor-saturated finish.
