Blind Assessment
Sweetly balanced and soft with a quiet, tight-knit complexity. Honey, peach, mixed florals (vanilla, jasmine, lavender), nut-butter, orange-toned chocolate in aroma and, more pronounced, in the cup. Gentle acidity; full and silky mouthfeel. The finish is sweet and smooth with a pleasant crispness.
