Blind Assessment
(As brewed in a Keurig B70 Platinum single-serve brewing device using a Keurig-compatible capsule to produce a 6-ounce serving): Sweet-toned, gently pungent. Caramel, fruity dark chocolate, a hint of pine or perhaps clove in aroma and cup. Delicately crisp acidity; light but silky mouthfeel. Simple, mildly drying finish.
Notes
Certified Fair Trade, meaning this coffee was purchased from small-holding farmers at a "fair" or economically sustainable price. Keurig/Green Mountain, formerly Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, pioneered single-serve capsule brewing in the United States with its Keurig brewing system, and remains one of the country’s leading large specialty roasters, offering a particularly wide-ranging variety of origins and roast styles.
