Blind Assessment
Yeasty, richly sweet-savory. Fresh-baked bread, cinnamon, grape candy, baking chocolate, cedar in aroma and cup. Sweet-savory structure with very full, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish consolidates to cinnamon and baking chocolate, supported by fresh-cut cedar.
