Delicately fruity, crisply chocolaty. Goji berry, baking chocolate, hazelnut, lime zest, fresh-cut fir in aroma and cup. Sweetly brisk acidity; full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Nutty, chocolaty finish.

Produced by Diego Robelo of Finca Aquiares, and processed by the anaerobic natural method, in which whole fruit is fermented with limited oxygen before drying. An accessible anaerobic natural Costa Rica that leads with notes of dried berries and crisp chocolate and has undertones of complex citrus and rich nits.
