Blind Assessment
Deeply chocolaty, richly floral. Dark chocolate, gently scorched oak, gardenia, lily, raspberry in aroma and cup. Gentle, round acidity; full, creamy mouthfeel. Chocolaty finish with undertones of smoky oak and gardenia.
