Blind Assessment
Sweetly fruity, cocoa-toned. Dried nectarine, cocoa powder, fresh-cut maple wood, orange zest, thyme in aroma and cup. Brisk acidity; syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Sweetly savory finish centered around notes of cocoa powder and thyme.
