Blind Assessment
Intense, lemony, bright. Lemon drop, rose-like flowers, roasted cacao nib, a brisk hint of black tea in aroma and cup. Powerful, complexly expressed acidity; syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates but rings on far into a long finish.
