Blind Assessment
Crisply sweet, fruit-forward. Strawberry, cocoa nib, lime zest, thyme, cedar in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; lightly satiny mouthfeel. Quiet finish with notes of cocoa nib and cedar with undertones of strawberry and lime zest.
Notes
Produced by Albert and Diego Guardia, entirely of the local San Isidro 48 variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Regent strives to deliver coffee with care and purpose. Visit regentcoffee.com for more information.
Bottom Line
A quietly confident natural-processed Costa Rica with distinct strawberry notes and cocoa and citrus undertones.
