From Alpen Sierra in Lake Tahoe, these medium-dark beans are complex, enveloping, spacious, echoing with subtle, unnamable tones. Another version of the celebrated La Minita estate Tarrazu. Whether owing to differences in roast profile or specific lots of coffee, this La Minita displays an authority that the other La Minita in the cupping lacks.
