Blind Assessment
Richly fruity, complex. Wild strawberry, cocoa nib, lemon verbena, honeysuckle, sandalwood in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart structure with bright, vibrant acidity; syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. The long, lingering finish centers around notes of wild strawberry and honeysuckle with undertones of sandalwood.
