Blind Assessment
Crisp, sweet-toned, delicate. Honey, orange, hazelnut, lavender. Finely balanced, delicate acidity; light but very silky mouthfeel. Flavor fades in the finish, but gracefully with gentle richness.
Notes
Tarrazu is one of the most respected of traditional Costa Rica growing regions. Beansmith Coffee is a small-batch roasting company serving the Omaha region that believes that coffee drinkers should know as much as they can about the coffee they drink, and that there is a story behind every cup, one worth exploring. Who Should Drink It
Subtle and quietly original. Definitely don’t ruin the delicacy of this gently engaging coffee with whitener.
