Blind Assessment
Delicately fruit-toned, wood-framed. Plum, fresh-cut cedar, lily, cocoa powder, orange zest in aroma and cup. Sweet-tart structure with brisk acidity; delicate, silky mouthfeel. Cocoa nib and orange zest carry the crisp, quiet finish.
Notes
Produced at Cerro San Luis Micromill, from trees of the Red Bourbon, Orange Bourbon, SL28, Catuai, Villa Sarchi and Maragogype varieties of Arabica, and processed by the white honey method, in which a small amount of fruit flesh is left on the bean during drying. Founded in 2007 and named after the white rhino, which is both rare and social, White Rhino Coffee is based in Dallas, Texas and currently has nine coffee shops in addition to its roastery. Bottom Line
Very sweet, delicately composed, with pretty fruit and cocoa notes as throughlines.
