Blind Assessment
Soft, nut-toned. Almond, fresh-cut cedar, ripe orange, a hint of roasted cacao nib in aroma and cup. Round, backgrounded acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. The finish is rather quiet but a hint of cacao-like chocolate persists.
