Blind Assessment
Very sweet, soft, delicate. Distinct honey and almond notes, roasted cacao nib, hints of narcissus and tangerine-like fruit in aroma and cup. Gentle, lively acidity; light but silky mouthfeel. Almond and flowers carry into a sweet, quiet, slightly drying finish.
Notes
Produced by a cooperative of 430 small-holding farmers from traditional local heirloom varieties of Arabica. Worldwide shipping of this and other fine UK coffees is available through The Coffee Roasters at thecoffeeroasters.co.uk. Visit www.climpsonandsons.com for more information.
Who Should Drink It
A tactful light roast allows the honey-toned sweetness to dominate in this very pure, delicate coffee.
