Blind Assessment
Berry-toned, sweetly tart. Raspberry coulis, lemon verbena, baking chocolate, cedar, agave syrup in aroma and cup. Gentle, balanced acidity; full, very syrupy mouthfeel. Lemon verbena and baking chocolate carry the satisfying finish.
